Built for the people who built something.
We serve families, founders, executives, athletes, creators, business owners, and real estate holders across New York, New Jersey, and Ohio — and design plans that honor the work behind the wealth.

Direct Attorney Access
You work directly with Drew Jacobs — not a rotating bench of associates or paralegals.
Modern Process
Secure intake, e-signing where permitted, and AI-assisted drafting paired with senior-attorney judgment.
Privacy by Design
Discreet handling, encrypted document exchange, and structures built to keep family matters out of public record.
The Legacy Planning Process.
A clear path from first conversation to fully funded plan — typically completed in 30 to 60 days, faster when the matter calls for it.

We draft, refine, execute, and walk you through funding — the step most plans skip and most families regret.

Common questions.
How are fees structured?
Every engagement is fixed-fee. After a scoping call we provide a written proposal covering documents, revisions, signing, and funding guidance — so you know the full cost before any work begins.
Which states do you serve?
Drew Jacobs is licensed in New York, New Jersey, and Ohio. We represent clients whose residence, primary assets, or business interests are situated in those states, and coordinate with local counsel elsewhere.
Do I need a trust, or just a will?
It depends on your assets, family structure, and goals. We walk through both options — and combinations — during the strategy call before recommending a plan.
Do you work with my CPA or financial advisor?
Yes. We routinely coordinate with CPAs, RIAs, wealth managers, and insurance advisors so the legal plan, tax plan, and investment plan move in the same direction.
A legacy worth building deserves counsel worth keeping.
Initial consultations are private and conducted directly by Drew Jacobs. No sales floor, no junior intake — just the attorney who will design your plan.
Attorney Advertising. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome. Submitting an intake does not create an attorney-client relationship; representation begins only upon a signed engagement letter. Drew Jacobs is licensed in New York, New Jersey, and Ohio.
