Recurring outside-counsel work may be hourly, retainer-based, or hybrid. Fixed fees are used for defined projects where the assumptions and deliverables are clear. The written engagement letter sets the scope, staffing, fee structure, assumptions, and any budget guardrails.

Where are you licensed to practice?

Our attorneys are licensed in New York, New Jersey, and Ohio. We can coordinate U.S. multi-state matters, and engage local or specialized counsel where appropriate for state-specific licensing, filings, or litigation. Licensure in New York, New Jersey, and Ohio does not imply admission in other states.
