    Andrew R. Jacobs, Esq.

Founder & Managing Attorney—Jacobs Counsel LLC

I walked on to Boston College basketball, competed in the ACC, and learned what it means to prepare for moments that matter. After law school, I joined Seton Hall Law to direct the Sports, Entertainment & Gaming Initiatives and now serve as Director of the Annual Gaming Law Bootcamp—one of the largest in the country. I founded Jacobs Counsel to give operators the same thing I wanted as a walk-on: someone who takes your deal as seriously as you do.

Drew founded the firm. Today the Jacobs Counsel team serves gaming and betting operators, AI and startup companies, and sports, athletes, and creators—pairing senior legal judgment with modern AI workflows and personal attention on every matter. About the firm →
