## Biography

Sam is Of Counsel and Gaming Practice Co-Lead at Jacobs Counsel. He advises gaming operators, suppliers and technology companies on iGaming, licensing, payment processing, geolocation and compliance. He works with Drew and the team on gaming-law opinions, product launches, commercial agreements and ongoing legal needs.

Sam brings more than three decades of experience as a gaming lawyer and industry executive. His career includes legal, compliance, licensing and business-development work involving GeoComply, Aristocrat Technologies, Bragg Gaming Group and Mirage Resorts. That background informs his advice on how legal requirements affect a company’s products, payments and day-to-day operations.
