Kevin turns chaos into organization for founders and teams through effective collaboration and communication. He brings experience as an engineer, product manager, and operations consultant across early-stage startups, enterprise organizations, and nonprofits.

At Jacobs Counsel, Kevin runs internal operations: systems infrastructure, building culture, and serving as a strategic sounding board to keep the firm moving without friction. His approach is simple: build for how the team actually works, not how a textbook says it should.
