## Biography

Caitlin is Of Counsel at Jacobs Counsel. She advises athletes, sports and media companies, and founders on entity formation, corporate governance, Regulation D private placements, trademark matters, and talent and sports agent agreements. She is admitted in New York and is a WNBPA Certified Player Agent.

Caitlin practiced at Orrick and Cadwalader before moving in house at iN DEMAND, where she worked on live pay-per-view events and on-demand sports and entertainment programming.

Before law school, Caitlin spent nearly a decade competing as an amateur and professional boxer, winning two Indiana Golden Gloves titles and earning a world ranking. She later worked in college athletics at the University of Louisville. During law school, she spent a summer with the NBA's Player Development team, working on the Draft and Rookie Transition Program.
